Spirit Connection Retreat – 27-29th March, 2026

Spirit Connection Retreat

A sacred space to reconnect with spirit. Heal the past and awaken your spirit.

The Spirit Connection Retreat takes place at Nanpantan Hall from 27 to 29 March 2026. This weekend is created as a space for pause and renewal, away from the demands of everyday life. It offers the chance to explore practices that bring clarity, balance and a stronger sense of connection to spirit.

What Awaits You

Over three days, the retreat offers fire ceremonies under the night sky, yoga and breathwork to awaken energy, and healing rituals and teachings for safe spiritual journeys. Participants will move through sound journeys, shamanic-inspired ceremonies, meditation, and guided reflection, while also having time for silence, walks in nature, and open sharing in community. The retreat is designed so that each person can take what they need, whether rest, insight, or a renewed sense of direction

Nourishment

Food is prepared with care and intention. All meals are sattvic, vegan and gluten free, designed to nourish while keeping the body light and the mind clear. The rhythm of shared meals is part of the retreat itself, creating moments of connection and grounding between the practices.

Spiritual Location

Nanpantan Hall provides a supportive environment for this work. Set in the countryside, the house and gardens offer quiet places for reflection as well as spacious communal rooms where the group will gather. The surroundings become part of the retreat experience, encouraging a slower pace and a deeper awareness of the natural world.

The Spirit Connection Retreat is an invitation to reconnect with yourself in a clear and honest way. The intention is to create an atmosphere where transformation can happen gently but with depth, supported by the practices, the land and the circle of people who gather. Many participants find that the insights and shifts they experience during the retreat continue to unfold long after returning home.
