Nanpantan Hall is set in 30 acres of charming gardens and grounds within the Charnwood forest. There are outstanding local walks accessed immediately from the estate. The forest is an important recreational area with woodland walks, rock climbing and hillwalking.

Through our programme you will come to understand:
- What unites great teachers of the past such as *** and contemporary guides in mindfulness
- And the philosophy of non duality
- Learn of the great concepts and practices of ancient thinkers such as Socrates and the Buddha
- Be invited to participate in activities that explore mindful awareness through creative activities and the beautiful natural environment
- You will be part of the retreat group where there will be time and opportunities to ask questions from others and of yourself!
You will also have enough time to explore and find peace in the beautiful surroundings.
